Cederroth Ögondusch is a portable eyewash containing sterile, buffered saline solution, intended for first aid following eye accidents. The bottle is easily opened by twisting the dust cap, while the integrated eye cup helps keep the eye open during rinsing. The solution rinses away foreign particles and harmful substances and has a neutralising effect on splashes of alkalis and acids, with a generally stronger effect on alkalis. The eyewash should be used as soon as possible after an accident and can also be used during transport to hospital. In the event of acid or alkali splashes, rinse for at least 5–15 minutes and always seek medical attention. The pack contains 2 x 500 ml Cederroth Ögondusch.
