Catalogue Generator
With our new catalogue generator, you can quickly and easily create your very own product catalogue with favourites from our range. Select products, add your logo, and customize the front page – all saved as a beautiful PDF.
Here's how
Create a product catalogue
In logged in mode: click on the Catalogue Generator button,located at the top of the header, to go to My Catalogues.
Click the Create New Catalogue button. When the tool is activated, the header will turn black.
Select a working title for your catalogue and click Create.The working title is not visible in the catalogue and can be changed afterwards.
Select up to 100 products by clicking in the box in the top left corner of the product images. Click on Change and Exportto proceed.
Customise product information
Add a custom article number if necessary.
Under Product colour, decide which colour to display in the catalogue.
Select Show all coloursto also see the full range of colours as thumbnails.
Under Free text , it is possible to add a short comment of maximum 40 characters.
Change the recommended price if necessary and select Include pricesto view the prices in the catalogue.
Choose layout
2 products per page
Choose this layout when it is important to include information such as:
- Material and weight
- Classification
- Attributes

3 products per page
Choose this layout to display more products per page in a compact format. Perfect for those who want a clear overview and save paper when printing.

Design the front page
Give the catalogue a suitable title of no more than 50 characters. The title is clearly visible on the front.
Select a front-page image that represents the products in your catalogue. There are also plain fronts in black, grey or white.
Add up to two logos to customize the catalogue for both retailer and customer. This makes it clear who the catalogue is aimed at and where the products are available for purchase. Please note that a white logo will not be visible.

Add pages
Text page
Add a page of text to add additional information or comments. Select Include a page with plain text and it will appear on the last page of the catalogue.

Back cover
Include a back page with contact details – giving the catalogue a professional closure and making it easy for the customer to reach you.

Save and export
Select Save draftto save your catalogue as a draft. Select Export Catalogueto go ahead and download the catalogue as a PDF.
To download the catalogue as a PFD: click Go to My Cataloguesin the pop-up window.
Once the PDF has been generated: click the Download buttonto download the catalogue as a PDF. Note that the file is not named after the working name of the catalogue.
